Merchandise purchased from eBerkshire.com may be returned in its original unopened package, within 30 days, for a prompt refund or exchange.

Refunds will be made in the same manner in which the payment was made. Returns will not be accepted by our warehouse without a Return Authorization Number (RA#) clearly marked on the outside of the return package.
